Nursing mothers should consult their doctor before consuming Didrex. It can be harmful to your child as it can pass into breast milk.

Didrex if taken during late hours can lead to insomnia. Therefore, one must avoid taking it late in the day.

In case you miss a dose take it the moment you realize you have missed it. Do not try to double it by taking two or more doses at the same time.
